Tim has over 10 years of Corporate legal experience working in the U.S. publicly traded company and international law firms. He focuses on strategic Corporation matters, including corporate formation, business and technology transactions, and U.S. business litigation and proceedings at State Court or Federal Court.
Tim has experience in a wide range of electrical/computer technologies, including computer server and cloud technologies, memory device, semiconductor devices, as well as mobile technologies.
